Saudia Davis: Operating Partner at 1863 Ventures, Founder and Former CEO|Strategic Advisor, GreenHouse Eco-Cleaning
Saudia Davis serves as the Operating Partner at 1863 Ventures and a Goldman Sachs' consultant for Black in Business Program. She is an accomplished business leader with over 15 years of expertise innovating, scaling and exiting a multimillion-dollar corporation. She serves as a strategic business advisor for entrepreneurial leaders and their stakeholders with expertise in business strategy, operation, and human capital management. Prior to this role, Saudia was appointed to the New York City Workforce Development Board, where she currently Chairs the Small Business Committee and sits on the Diversity and Racial Equity Committee.
Baheejah Crumbley: Formerly of Vestigo Ventures, Co-Lead of BLCK VC Boston
Baheejah Crumbley is an investor, formerly of Vestigo Ventures, a data-driven FinTech venture Capital firm based out of Cambridge, MA. Prior to joining Vestigo, Baheejah was the Canadian and Latin American regional Lead for Twitter's Corporate/Revenue Finance business. She started her career at J.P. Morgan in a hybrid Commercial/Investment Banking role within the Financial Institutions Group. She's currently an intermedia level SQL practitioner. Baheejah earned her BA in Economics from Spelman College where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and received Omicron Delta Epsilon Economics Departmental Honors.
