​You might already do some form of self-reflection at the end of every year, or even write down new years resolutions full of hope. But how complete is your reflection in every aspect of your life? And how often do you follow through and hold yourself accountable?

​This workshop is designed by Joy and Jacky, to give you the homework, tools, and guidance to do a systematic review of your year and inspire new ideas, goals, KPIs for 2025. And most importantly, a group of us to help keep each other accountable.

​The workshop not only includes printed worksheets, but also includes check points throughout the year and small groups to keep each other accountable, you will walk away with a word, color, for your year, trackable KPIs, new and deeper friendships, and visual reminder created by both you and Joy.

​Joy is currently Gogoro’s global brand expansion manager, ex IKEA regional innovation manager. During her time of leadership, she was fortunate enough to receive training from Head of innovation, Regional director and head of sales on different kinds of leadership, including personal growth training materials such as IKIGAI. She was also in charge of building up the team dynamic and trust of the EC team, to bring them to a higher level of productivity

​Jacky is a self-development focused podcaster in Taiwan, who was previously a software engineer at Instagram in New York and California before becoming an ex-tech start up founder, cafe owner, conference organizer...etc. Jacky loves building communities and sharing about books and aspiring to be the best version of ourselves through discipline, integrity, and positivity.
