Crystelle Desnoyer
Crystelle Desnoyer is the former Chief of Staff to the CEO at Techstars. With experience scaling 27 tech firms and in e-commerce, management consulting, and venture capital firms, she brings a multi-layered perspective to teams needing rapid execution and rapid growth. She serves on the Board of La French Tech New York and is active in networks supporting women executives, investors and founders. Passionate about giving back, Crystelle advises early-stage founders and curates programming for global conferences like Viva Tech and Tech.EU. She also values community and runs the Chief of Staff group (Fortune 1000) within CHIEF as well as an NYC tech community builder group. Having lived in 10 countries, crossed the Atlantic on a sail boat in the middle of the pandemic, she is also a certified rescue scuba diver, tango dancer, and speaks five languages
Wilson Kriegel
Wilson Kriegel immigrated to the U.S. at 16, balancing school and construction work. After college and a brief stint in banking, he co-founded or held executive roles in eight funded startups across various sectors, achieving six successful exits totaling $5 billion and reaching 2 billion users globally. He has opened offices worldwide and served as an executive coach and advisor for startups valued at over $30 billion. Additionally, he engages in nonprofit work for at-risk youth and actively participates in elite sports like running, endurance events, and climbing.
Andrew Hoag
Andrew is a serial entrepreneur and 0-to-1 founder with two exits. He has raised nearly $100M in capital for his ventures, and scaled revenue to 8-figures. Early in his career he built supercomputers for NASA, and led a $60M global product line in cybersecurity and cryptography at VeriSign. Andrew advises pre-seed & seed startups, working across go-to-market and product strategy to find product-market fit.
