Mariia Shamina
Manager of Internship in Japan Program, ICC Consultants Inc.
Over 10 years of work experience in Japan, most of it in international education industry. Japanese-English-Russian trilingual, skilled in consulting, project management and sales. I am passionate about education and providing life-changing experiences through education, as well as connecting Japanese companies with international talents.
Ayako Fujiwara
Senior Design Strategist, EPAM Continuum.
Ayako is currently working as a Senior Design Strategist at Epam Continuum, where she has been working together with diverse and cross-cultural teams globally to tackle complex challenges.
Alongside her primary job, she is a lecturer at the Musashino Art University, where she teaches a project-based design class to both graduate and undergraduate students from multidisciplinary departments, with various nationalities.
