​The Indian fashion industry is the second largest employer in the country, with 45 million people employed directly in the production of textiles and garments. This panel will take on issues such as what goes into the making of a garment, the idea of minimum pay v/s fair pay, wage theft, human rights violations, social justice, and gender-based violence, among others.
