This is a monthly run for founders of startups who are beginners at running. You can aim to run at conversational pace or walk depending on what you prefer. 

No egos. Just good chat, and a way to get some fresh air. 

We'll run 4 laps of Shoreditch Park for a 5K, and 2 laps for a 3K run. 

We'll arrange to meet at 7am, outside Bobo & Wild and if people would like to stay for a coffee afterwards they can. You'll then still have plenty of time to head to the office.
