Looking for a single pose with multiple purposes?
Open your hips, inner thighs, groin, shoulders, and chest. Relieve your lower back pain, fatigue, stress, anxiety, and calm your mind.
Props (optional):
Yoga mat or large towel
Cushions or pillows
Yoga block or sturdy books
Non-elastic strap or belt
Looking forward to seeing you as we work on opening our hips!
