This class is for you! Mindfulness and meditation don’t have to take up a lot of time. Mindfulness is a way of being as you go through the day that allows you to reduce stress as it happens. It’s scientifically proven to reduce anxiety, increase wellbeing and focus.
Want to learn how to reap all those great health benefits and just live better? Each class will contain helpful ways to be mindful during your busy day and include a short meditation with time for Q and A.

I’m Cynthia and I’m a mindfulness instructor. During a stressful corporate career I used these techniques to keep my stress managed. It worked so well for me that I completed a 2 year mindfulness teaching certification so I could share this with others.
