​Logistical things you should know...

​​We're going to be at Lighthaven (2740 Telegraph Ave, Berkeley, CA 94705) which is a phenomenally beautiful nerd wonderland.

​​Payment:

​​To attend you will need a $30 day pass, and the only way to buy one is through this link: https://www.havenbookings.space/events/eternal-september ("Daily Access")

​​We recommend doing it before you leave home, because it will give you the code to the gate to get in!

​​In the most dire of circumstances - you're having technical problems buying a pass - come find me (Ann) at the event with $30 cash. But please reserve this for worst-case scenarios.

​​If you have bandwidth for added complexity, another alternative is to book a stay at Lighthaven. There are bunks and sleeping pods for like $70, private rooms for $130+. If you book a room, your day pass is included. Plus you can stay up late with us and not have to worry about getting home! I will personally be doing this. ​You'll find the passcode in the Google doc when you buy a day pass or book a room.

​​You can come and go all day as you like.

​​How to Find Us:

​​Our home base will be in the Bayes building.

​​To get there, follow the signs, or ask someone, or follow these directions:

​​Go through the gate and straight ahead into the house. Take a left at the kitchen and exit through the glass doors. Bayes is the building on the left. Enter through the white door.

​​Food:

​​Lighthaven provides snacks and drinks all day!

​​​If you're hungry for lunch or dinner, there are places within walking distance. The closest ones are Kiraku (Japanese), Mezzo (sandwiches), and Whole Foods (hot bar).
