​What challenges do Software Engineering and IT Operations face currently? How will the industry evolve? Will software engineers still be needed in the age of AI? Who will be responsible for decisions made by AI-driven software? And how sustainable is our current trajectory?

​The six intensive weeks of the Trend Seminar are coming to an end, and the new class of Fall 2024 is happy to share the results of our work with you. We delved deep into the topic of “The Future of Software Engineering and IT Operations”, analyzed industry trends and spoke to lots of experts.

​Together with our project partner BMW, we are thrilled to invite you to the final event of this semester’s Trend Seminar. After the presentations, you’ll have the chance to enjoy a drink, discuss our findings, and network with both the CDTM community and external experts.
