We will be discussing all things AI and coaching. We already know that as of 2025, 78% of global companies report using AI in their operations and well-known coaching companies and consultancies developing their own coaching AI tools and bots. Will it replace the human coach? Will we see a transformation given emerging hybrid coaching preferences?
The coaching industry is also experiencing significant growth amidst AI integrations, with projections reaching $20 billion in 2024 and the only coaching segment expected to grow to $11.7 billion by 2032.
