Our Hosts

Ruoyan Ma, Esq.
Lead Immigration Attorney and Co-Founder at Quickfiling, where she focuses on high-skill immigration petitions including EB-1, O-1, NIW, and H-1B. She has successfully guided dozens of startup founders, researchers, and professionals through complex self-petition and employment-based processes.

Her clientele spans software engineers, Web3 and AI startup founders, PhD researchers in STEM fields, and influencers.

Ruoyan has practiced in both boutique immigration law firms and Alibaba Group, received her legal education from University of Illinois College of Law and East China University of Political Science and Law. She is licensed in New York and authorized to practice U.S. immigration law in all 50 states.
