What is Green Drinks?
Green Drinks Manila is the Philippine chapter of the international Green Drinks network, set to launch in October-November 2024. Part of a global movement spanning over 400 cities, Green Drinks Manila serves as a space for environmentalists, advocates, and eco-conscious individuals to gather in a relaxed and informal setting. It’s a community-driven platform where titles, politics, and hierarchies fade, allowing genuine connections to form around the shared mission of saving the planet.
Through regular meetups, Green Drinks Manila aims to nurture collaboration, spark innovation, and build a supportive network that empowers everyone to contribute toward sustainability. Whether you're an experienced environmentalist or just beginning your eco-journey, Green Drinks Manila is open to all, fostering meaningful conversations and actionable ideas that pave the way for a more sustainable future.

Ar. Harry Serrano – Harry is the Principal Architect of Future Commons, a sustainability-focused research and design office. With decades of experience in architecture, planning, and graphics across nine countries, he promotes a process-driven design approach, with sustainability at its core. He also serves as the Executive Director of Asia Pacific College’s School of Architecture (SoAR), promoting a balance between theory and practice through progressive education. His academic arm, studio+/–, explores sustainable architecture and urban design, curating projects that envision future possibilities through the lens of his students.
Sandy Tiu – Founder of I am Sustainable Studio, Circular Economy Thought Leader
As a pioneering advocate of the circular economy in the Philippines, Sandy will share how her start-up, I am Sustainable Studio, is helping the hospitality industry adopt sustainable, circular practices. She brings a wealth of knowledge on how circularity can be implemented at both grassroots and business levels.
EJ Angeles - Co-Founder and CEO of MOLD, a circular design studio and makerspace in Manila. MOLD is dedicated to creating sustainable & innovative products that merge technology, nature, and everyday living. Through initiatives like Lab, Gym, Space, and Object, the team focuses on material exploration and recycling, while engaging the community through hands-on learning and design.
