​This golden-hour edition of Sail & Scale is for women who are building startups, backing them, and quietly shaping the ecosystem — with clarity, grit, and more than enough real-world experience to skip the clichés.

​We’re setting sail with a small group of female founders and investors for 2.5 hours of meaningful, relaxed, and BS-free conversation aboard our boat, Les Mandarins. Just the right people, thoughtful dialogue, and a shared sense that community doesn’t have to mean chaos.
