​Anime Expo Exhibit Hall (South Hall) 4236, meet & greet line will queue along the NORTH side of the booth!

​Do NOT block the merch line entrance!

​Booking Guidelines:

​By booking a ticket for a meet & greet you ensure a position in line for your desired guest!

​Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes prior to your booking slot, a staff member at the booth will allow entrance into the designated meet & greet line area.

• ​Arriving earlier than 15 minutes prior to your booking slot will not allow entry into the line. Loitering around the booth will also not be permitted (but you can loiter elsewhere LOL)

• ​Access into the line is permitted up until your designated timeslot ends, after that your ticket will no longer permit entry.

​Booking Limitations:

​Each ticket optimally is for ONE person only, however accompanied minors such as children are also allowed per ticket. +1's will be allowed depending on line space. If you wish to change your time slot, you must cancel the current booking and make a new one.

​Walk-In Guidelines:

​Should tickets NOT sell out for a particular timeslot, walk-ins will be allowed depending on line space and availability, subject to FreshTango & FreshTango staff.

​Disclaimer (Please Read!):

​This event while "approved" by Anime Expo to conduct within the booth, is subject to get shut down at ANY time if AX event staff deem the event too unruly, lines too crowded, or some other reason. In this circumstance events may end abruptly.

​Ticket reservations guarantee a place in line but do NOT guarantee seeing the cosplayer guest. However, tickets are allotted in an amount with which cosplayer guests can realistically visit and in a manner to which lines will not overflow too much around the booth.

​Should a meet & greet event conclude and you have NOT seen the guest yet, FreshTango is NOT responsible for any compensation or other consolation for the line moving too slow. However, I will try to make sure everyone is seen in a timely manner!
