Workshop: Interior Design for Happy Productivity
In this workshop, I’ll walk you through indoor design choices to get optimal entrainment of your circadian rhythms at home and work. We’ll also chat about mitigation strategies for the different types of electromagnetic frequencies we encounter.
These indoor design strategies may help you and your family have better moods, reduce the risk of burnout, and even be more productive on a day-to-day basis.
Simple choices like where you put your workstation, what type of blinds you use, and what color schemes you favor can add up to either better or worse circadian entrainment while indoors. You can also make huge differences in the amount of electromagnetic radiation you pick up with a change of as little as 18 inches!
