What is the real worth of a virtual token? Many economists will tell you it's whatever a purchaser will pay for it, but sometimes that amount is not so clear. Some tokens are way more liquid than others, with NFTs proving particularly tricky. This is not just a philosophical question. Undervaluing crypto assets can misinform your investment decisions and the goals you set out for yourself.

​Overvaluing crypto assets can cause tax agencies and investors to come after you for more money than you have. Don't wind up like Sam Bankman-Fried! In this workshop, you will learn how to valuate crypto assets responsibly from Andrew Wagner, a local manager of a crypto hedge fund. Although they are relatively small in size, they notably survived the crypto winter that followed that collapse of FTX, and have never failed to process a withdrawal.
