Roxanne Leduc, CEO of Cap Inclusive
Roxanne Leduc is the CEO and founder of Cap Inclusive, a firm that partners with board members and investment funds to embed diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) into the DNA of their portfolio companies. Leveraging over 15 years of experience in data-driven product innovation across North America, Europe, and Asia, Roxanne helps organizations unlock growth and operational efficiency through inclusive investment strategies. Her groundbreaking research with HEC Montréal marked the first Canadian study on closing the gender gap in venture capital—an effort that catalyzed the launch of Cap Inclusive.
A respected voice in the DEI and investment community, Roxanne sits on the board of Canadian Women in VC and advises multiple initiatives, including Startup Montréal's DEI Taskforce and Ethical Digital’s Allyship Committee. Through her advisory work, Roxanne influences policy, builds coalitions, and accelerates gender parity across the innovation economy.
Guillaume Roy, Co-founder & Chief Product Officer at Workleap
