Open source Software Ecosystem: Share about any project you're associated with or worked on or you have created. Talk about your contributor/creator experience by showing a demo. We encourage GFI (good first issues) on the eve of Hacktoberfest 2022. This session can involve installation, creating GFIs, code & non-code contributions and more.
Tech Communities: This track is open for Tech / Community leaders who have created impact in Open source.
Career Growth: Inspire others by sharing your way of thinking and your experience. (Thought Leadership)
Personal Skills: The most important and missing principle for Developer ecosystem is Personal skills (soft skills), talk about its importance and your relevant experience.

Usha Ramani
Usha is the Co-founder of Gurujada IT Solutions and also Ambassador for Google Developer Groups/ Women Tech Makers, Vizag. Usha is an ed-tech entrepreneur passionate about technology, teaching, learning, students, online pedagogy, podcasting, product strategy and customer engagement. She is currently on opportunities that are a confluence of these verticals.

Joshua Poddoku
Joshua is a Developer Evangelist at Merico where he leads open-source programs. He has experience driving successful community initiatives and is also an advisor to several startups driven by developer communities. Joshua's academic background is in Computer Science, with an additional experience in Leadership, Public Speaking, and Open source. Joshua's work has been featured in top newsletters and events in the space. He has also hosted various podcasts and panels with open-source leaders and creators. Joshua is passionate about mentorship and driving career success and personal growth for young professionals in open-source.
