​Each month we host a short members-only lunchtime session focusing on a common portfolio-career challenge or hot topic.

​This month we're going free range! No specific topic as such but come along with a question you'd like to ask the group. It might be something that you are stuck on or something you'd just like to hear how others manage.

​It might look like:

• ​How to you manage your diary between clients?

• ​How and when do you have the conversation when the scope starts to creep?

• ​How long do you let an invoice go unpaid before you pause work?

• ​How are you using AI?
