✊ About May Series
Remote work is here to stay. According to a recent Forbes survey, five in 10 remote workers say they don’t want to go back to the office after COVID-19. Smart leaders know it’s time to shift gears into building virtual teams. How do you maintain motivated and high-performing teams when your team must work remotely, physically separated from you and each other? Marlon Richardson, Director of Experience Design at EA, will share his journey and insights on how he successfully built high performing teams. This will be followed by Q&A.
