Smart leaders know it’s time to shift gears into building virtual teams. How do you maintain motivated and high-performing teams when your team must work remotely, physically separated from you and each other? Marlon Richardson, Director of Experience Design at EA, will share his journey and insights on how he successfully built high performing teams. This will be followed by Q&A.

Marlon Richardson, Director of Product Design at EA
Marlon works as an experience design leader based in the Bay Area with over 20 years experience building customer focused products for IT, finance, and consumer marketing.
His focus area for the past 7 years has been in transforming orgs from purely revenue driven to a research led approach centered on outcomes that serve both customer needs and business goals. In his career he has worked to create and lead experience design for Google, Zelle, Taylor Corp, several industry leading agencies, and more. Starting from March of 2020, he’s led experience design for IT at Electronic Arts.

Natashia is a Senior Manager of Product Design with broad experience at the intersection of design, data, technology, and marketing. Her career has led her through different disciplines in design: designing fonts and typefaces, creating 360 ad campaigns for prestigious global brands, co-running her own design consultancy, and leading design teams in the #1 global consulting management company.
Currently at EA, she’s humanizing technology and the workplace while leading cross-functional design teams and developing sustainable processes. Her passion has brought her to design mentorship, she volunteers her time with ADPList and Design Buddies, and leadership in diversity and inclusion. In her spare time, Natashia shares truth and positivity in beautifully designed three words.
