Product Club #14: Product & Clients: enemies or lovers?
How many people in the Croatian product community work closely with clients to develop products? A vast majority, if not all of, sail that ship—and for better or worse, this partnership is here to stay! But how do these relationships really work? How do product professionals navigate the challenges of collaboration? 🤔
For our last Product Club of the season, we are joined by Luka Šlibar, Senior Product Manager at Microblink & Fedor Bauer, Product Owner at KEKS Pay Erste&Steiermärkische Bank d.d. (Erste Bank Croatia). 💥
A Product Manager who has spent most of his career working on B2B products in startups and scaleups, Luka also has a few years of experience on the agency side, and for the past 4 years, has been focused on AI-driven products at Microblink.
In the past 20 years or so, Fedor on the other hand has combined his experience in IT, Finance, and Marketing across small IT startups and clusters, as well as multinational banks and industrial giants like Volkswagen and Agrokor. Since the early days back in 2017, he has also been working on the development of the app now known as KEKS Pay. His biggest regret? Onboarding his mom to the app. 🙃
How to stay aligned from the start and throughout the process? How to ensure you speak the same language and work towards the same goals? What happens when deadlines loom, but you're moving in different directions? And how to manage both your own, as well as the clients emotions when tensions rise, or priorities shift?
Join us for a discussion and find out! 🚀
