Kendra Waldman is a Spiritual Strategist who aids in the expansion of consciousness through her unique healing methods where Science meets Spirituality.
As a Somatic Therapist, HeartMath Practitioner, Shadow Work Facilitator, NLP Coach, Breathwork Facilitator, and Sound Healer, Kendra combines these methods in her Emotional Intelligence work while implementing unique Mindfulness techniques she’s created from her professional days as a dancer and actor. Her Mathematics Degree comes in handy when it comes to problem solving and creating solutions for her clients.
Kendra is also a Mental Health Advocate and a Speaker who has captivated audiences on stages including Comedy Central Stages in LA. As a published Author and Mental Health Advocate, Kendra cowrote a best selling book to raise awareness for children’s mental health that was ranked on Amazon as best selling. She’s an ENFP and has traveled to over 50 countries. Some of her most memorable were volunteering at an orphanage in Peru, or motorcycling 1000 miles through India, or living at an Osho Ashram in Greece where she first awakened to her higher self.
