Dr Olga Hogan – Senior Director – Pre- Seed and Breakthrough Victoria University Innovation Platform
Since completing her PhD in Chemistry at the University of Oxford and qualifying as a chartered accountant, Olga has worked at the intersection of research, innovation, and investment. During her career, Olga also co-founded a predictive analytics start-up and has supported many founders as a startup mentor and advisor.

Dr Filip Stojcevski – Associate Director – Breakthrough Victoria University Innovation Platform
Filip is an aerospace engineer who completed my PhD in 2020. Filip spent three years as a researcher working across university, industry, and space sectors. Shortly after his PhD, Filip co-founded a startup that was the first in Australia to recycle carbon fibre and used this waste to create the world’s first recycled carbon fibre surfboards.
