On Tuesday July 29th, join us for this Summer Series very first legal workshop.
This session is designed for early-stage founders who want to build a venture-ready company from the ground up — legally, cleanly, and confidently.
Led by a startup-focused legal expert, this high-level workshop will walk you through the critical legal concepts every founder should understand early on. From incorporation and cap tables to ESOPs and SAFE notes, we’ll cover the essentials that can either set you up for a smooth raise — or hold you back when it matters most.
