The sessions starts at 2 pm, and we are in shade of the mountain at all times. We start climbing at 3:30 pm.
Here is the schedule:
2:00 PM – Arrival at Base Camp
● Welcome and orientation
● Overview of the day’s schedule and safety protocols
● Distribution of climbing gear and helmets
2:30 PM – Walk to the Climbing Zone
● Guided walk to the natural rock face
● Introduction to the site and its geological features
3:00 PM – Warm-Up & Mobility Session
● Full-body warm-up with stretching
● Focus on breath, balance, and body awareness
3:15 PM – Technique Briefing & Demonstration
● Overview of top rope climbing basics
● Demonstration climb by instructors
● Safety checks and partner system explained
3:30 PM to 6:00 PM – Climbing Session
● Participants take turns on secured top rope routes
● Multiple routes set up to suit different comfort levels
● Instructors support with coaching and belaying
● Emphasis on personal challenge, communication, and trust
6:00 PM – Return to Base Camp
● Easy walk back to camp
● Transition into reflective mode
6:30 PM – Snacks, Refreshments & Debrief
● Local, nourishing snacks served
● Facilitated debrief on the experience
● Discussion on takeaways around teamwork, leadership, and resilience
Note for Participants:
● Wear comfortable, stretchable clothes and closed-toe sports shoes
● Stay hydrated and carry a personal water bottle
● All climbing and safety equipment will be provided
