​Women Leading Life Sciences virtual series is committed to inspiring and empowering young women in life sciences to step into leadership roles and advancing gender equity by breaking down barriers.

​We provide a platform where emerging talent can directly learn from the experiences of established women leaders by hearing their stories, and seek guidance and advice by sharing the challenges they face.

​About Moushmi

​Our first session will feature Moushmi Culver, Senior Vice President, Head of Manufacturing Strategy, Business Development, and Alliances at Merck. 

​With over 23 years of experience at Merck, Moushmi has driven key initiatives in manufacturing, global procurement, and corporate strategy. She is also a dedicated advocate for minority and underrepresented groups, serving as both a mentor and sponsor, helping them advance into leadership roles. Her outstanding leadership has earned her multiple recognitions.
