On Deck's explorer events are curated, intimate gatherings of talented folks, all looking for their next thing.
We want this to be the best 'networking' event you've been to in years.

Application criteria:
We look for people who are in the 'explorer' stage. Most of the attendees will be looking to move into a startup within the next three months, whether by founding one or joining one, will be coming off the back of a recent venture, or will have just made the leap to working full time on an idea.
As space is limited, we also screen for people with an entrepreneurial past or who have demonstrated exceptional contributions to previous companies or creative projects.
