ABOUT CREATIVE COCOON:
Amidst the hustle and bustle, find solace and rejuvenation as sound waves envelop you, melting away stress and fostering a fertile ground for creativity to thrive.
Creative Cocoon's sound meditation comprises of breathwork, visualization & sensorial meditation, vocal tuning, and a sonic experience with overtone emitting instruments such as antique Tibetan singing bowls, shruti box, kalimbas, chimes, etc.
Sound meditations have been shown to reduce cortisol levels, boost mood, and enhance cognitive function, offering a sanctuary for artists and creatives to recharge and reconnect with their innate inspiration.

LOCATION & PRICING:
Creative Cocoon will be held at the Chemistry Creative, 305 Ten Eyck Street, Brooklyn (PLEASE NOTE NEW LOCATION).
Doors will open at 6:30PM, and the meditation will start promptly at 7:00PM. We will end the meditation at 8:30PM.
We welcome donations on a sliding scale, with a minimum of $15. A suggested contribution of $30 helps us cover the cost of renting our venue. Donations above that amount are deeply appreciated, as they support our work and help us keep the experience accessible for others by offsetting lower-tier contributions.
There’s no need to bring anything for your comfort - we provide blankets and pillows for all attendees so you can simply arrive and enjoy the experience.

ABOUT THE PRACTITIONER:
May Lin Le Goff, founder of Creative Cocoon, merges her roles as a sound practitioner and Executive Creative Producer of Aries Rising Projects. Understanding the pressures of the creative industry, she crafted this sanctuary for artists. May Lin is an Usui Reiki III & Earth Evolution Reiki Certified practitioner, having been attuned by the "Reiki Godmothers" Aki Hirata-Baker and Manu Del Prete, the visionary founders of the radical MINKA Mystery School in New York. In sound, she received training from esteemed sound practitioner David Shemesh, co-founder of the WOOM Center in New York.
