In this month's meetup we will be talking about managing vendor relationships!
As a community operations person, we manage the community tech stack and are often the primary person who works with our vendors and CSMs. We'll chat about our stories and some lessons learned along the way of how to manage these relationships.
We'll also have a special guest speaker to chat with us from the CSM's perspective and what it looks like for them to work with community teams.
As always, we value people sharing their stories too! If you have a good tip for working with CSMs or a story to share, we'd love for you to come and tell us.
