Career Conversations: Your Midlife Career

​Career at midlife hits different. You may be wondering: what's your next act going to look like? It might be time for a career retrofit, if you will.

​You might be looking for your "capstone project" or final act before retirement.

​You could be feeling squeezed between supporting aging parents and still raising your kids.

​Midlife tends to activate reflection on what you're doing and why, and what's next. Values change, and so do goals! After a few decades of adulting and gaining work experience, it's common to pause and consider your next move. Let's talk about it and build community around it.
