​請填寫表單，登記你的「隊名」和「隊友」，

​這樣我們才能更好地安排當天的活動！

​找個夥伴，選擇短程或長程路線，用一個擊掌（或是飛撲）來交棒。輪流跑步、互相加油、一起衝刺——這就是團隊合作、友善競爭和滿滿的好 vibes！

​這次我們還要加點創意元素！

​請自備你的「接力棒」！

​可以是泰迪熊、搞怪襪子、玩具光劍，甚至是（乾淨的）內褲——只要能拿在手上、傳遞給隊友的都可以。就像真的 400 公尺接力一樣，在跑步中途傳棒給你的夥伴！

​最酷、最怪或最好笑的接力棒將贏得特別獎品！

​發揮創意，動起來，讓這個月成為最有趣、最難忘的回憶吧！

​It’s time to team up!

​Please fill out the form to register your Team Name and Partner.

​This helps us stay organised and make sure everyone’s ready to roll!

​Grab a buddy, choose the short or long route, and tag each other in with a high five (or a flying leap). Take turns running, hype each other up, and push the pace — it’s all about teamwork, friendly competition, and good vibes.

​And yes — we’re making it even more fun!

​Bring your own relay baton!

​Could be a teddy bear, a funky sock, toy lightsaber, even (clean) underwear — just something fun to pass mid-run, like in a real 400m relay.

​Coolest, weirdest, or funniest baton wins a special prize!

​Let’s get creative, get moving, and make this a month to remember.
