About Event

Embodiment is often seen as a buzzword, but it’s time to bring it into a business context and create a shared meaning together. In this highly participatory session, we will practice three essential embodied skills useful for any People & Culture leader looking to make a positive impact with their work: Self-Awareness, Self-Regulation, and Social Awareness.

You’ll have the opportunity to understand why these skills matter in business and how to develop them. By supporting theory with practice, you’ll experience firsthand what conscious embodiment feels like and learn how to influence your mental state and emotions with your body.

By attending this session, you will:

  • Learn and experience what embodiment truly means in a practical context

  • Increase your awareness of your habitual stress responses and gain practical tools for self-regulation

  • Reflect on how to apply embodied skills in your work environment

Since we will incorporate simple physical movement during the session, please ensure you join from a space that allows you to move freely and without any interruption. Kindly bring a pen and paper for reflections and notes.

Looking forward to meeting you,
Katka
