Vibe Coding Policy for the Age of Urgency
For founders building in regulated spaces, energy, critical minerals, defence, cultured meat, navigating policy and regulation often slows you down.
However some do this exceptionally well. They find the cracks. They build trusted relationships behind closed doors. They create momentum around the right issues. They learn how to push the limit of what’s possible, without breaking it.
On 16 September in Malmö, the European Ambition Institute will convene a mix of Europe’s most ambitious founders, policymakers and progress-aligned investors to decode policy and come up with ideas to move difficult but consequential things ahead, faster.
We’ll do two things:
→ Learn from founders who’ve built fast inside slow systems
→ Co-design 1–3 pragmatic policy ideas that could actually accelerate ambitious technology get built in Europe
This isn’t a traditional policy hackathon. Most produce more noise than signal. But when the right people gather, with real experience and real stakes, things happen.
We’ll open with a panel featuring founders who’ve navigated policy while building frontier technology. Then we’ll shift to interactive idea generation: provocations, laptops open, ideas captured live on-screen.
If you’ve ever felt boxed in by outdated regulation—or learned to operate just outside the box—this is your room.
The event will be subject to Chatham House rules, but we plan to share generalised learnings with our community and progress achieved as a result of the event.
Join us as we tackle this difficult but consequential challenge.
