Exploring the Many Parts of Self
Exploring the Many Parts of Self: An Introduction to Internal Family Systems
IFS (internal family systems) is a powerful psychological modality that believes we are not a singular identity, but rather a collection of "parts" that serve to protect us. Parts are our inner voices, personas, & alter-egos that stand in front our true nature — we have parts that distract us, parts that we reject, parts that defend our vulnerability. In this session, we’ll explore the theory behind IFS and walk through a simple process you can take home and begin to practice on your own and better understand your internal systems & impulsive reactions.
