About Event
Bootcamp Lunch Class + 30Min MASSAY Breathwork at 12:15pm.
We will do a BOOTCAMP Session, so bring shoes for running and a workout fit. After that, we will have a 30min Breathwork to calm the nervous system down and find a quick break in our hectic life's. Make sure to bring a sweater or zip jacket. You can use the showers after.
