Meet the Panelists:
Eric Cano (@iamericano) is the founder of Cano Castings and Cano Management, casting campaigns for brands like Kith, Lively, and Timberland. He's worked on editorials for Vogue, GQ, and HighSnobiety.
Dami (@chocodamiix) is a multifaceted fashion and beauty creator, model, and creative director with collaborations spanning Nike, Klarna, adidas, SheaMoisture, Levi's, and Mugler. Known for her sharp eye for visual storytelling, she creative directs and styles both her own projects and those for other talents.
Arianna J. Moultrie (@missmoultrie) is a trailblazing fashion designer and creative director known for blending artistry with strategy. Currently the creative lead at Alice and Olivia, Arianna spearheads contemporary collections and high-profile collaborations, including Jean-Michel Basquiat and The Beatles.

Sade Adoghe (@sadeisonline) is a model who has shot extensively across New York, bringing her distinct presence to campaigns for brands like Telfar. As the founder of the fashion brand Eviye, she brings not only a presence but experience from both sides of the table.
