About the speakers:
Aga Masud is a Managing Director in the Strategic Advisory Group at PJT Partners, based in London. She joined PJT Partners in September 2022 after 15 years in Investment Banking. Before joining PJT Aga was Managing Director and Head of EMEA Private Capital Markets team at Bank of America. She spent most of her career at Merrill Lynch and Bank of America. She joined Merrill Lynch in 2008 in London. After working in the Financial Sponsors and M&A teams, Aga moved to Equity Capital Markets in 2012. Over the following years she led a number of high-profile private placements, IPOs, capital raises and worked on more than 50 transactions for a total value of more than €100bn. Ms. Masud graduated with a MSc in Management, Diplôme Grande Ecole and Diplom-Kauffrau from ESCP Europe.
Emma Dunk is a Managing Director in the Strategic Advisory Group at PJT Partners, based in London. She joined PJT Partners in May 2020 as a Director after 9 years in Investment Banking. Emma spent most of her career at J.P. Morgan. she joined J.P. Morgan in 2010 in London. After working in Equity Research, Emma moved to TMT Investment Banking in 2015. Ms. Dunk graduated with a BSc in Economics & Finance, Maths & Statistics from University College Dublin.
Nathalie Kornhoff-Brüls is the London-based Founding Partner of Noteus Partners, a tech specialist investment firm focused on the European growth equity opportunity. Before launching Noteus in 2024, she and her co-founders led the growth equity arm of Eurazeo, Europe's largest growth equity strategy then, managing $4.5bn AUM across 26 investments. Having spent the last 18 years in Tech & Finance roles at KKR, General Atlantic & JPMorgan, Nathalie is an avid believer in the potential of European tech. She holds an MBA from Harvard and a BSc cum laude from Maastricht University. She is also a founding member of Dreamers & Doers, a curated community for female entrepreneurs and leaders.
