3:30 PM: Demo Starts (Each team gets 3 minutes for demo & 1 minute for Q/A)
4:15 PM: Judges Deliberate (Drinks for Participants)
5:00 PM: Event ends
7:00 PM: Venue Closes (Optional Social Gathering at a Nearby Pub/Bar)
