Silent Meditation Session
Join us for a silent meditation session in a quiet and calm setting. This is an open invitation to slow down, be present, and reconnect with yourself.
There will be no instructions or expectations—just an opportunity to sit in stillness. The session begins at 7:00 p.m.; we recommend arriving a few minutes early. You will find us in the Mush Room: take the stairs to the first floor, turn right, and continue down the small staircase to the mezzanine. The Mush Room is directly ahead.
Participation is free, but voluntary donations are welcome. The Commons Hub Brussels is a community-run space with a social mission. Contributions help maintain the space and support its ongoing activities focused on collaboration, sustainability, and social innovation.
This session is open to everyone, whether you are new to meditation or have an established practice. You are invited to come as you are, sit in silence, and take a moment for yourself.
