✨In celebration of our new ADHD community, we are throwing a party and you are invited. Join us virtually for two weeks of body doubling, interactive workshops, breakthrough moments, and finding your people. You'll learn from 30+ ADHD creators and experts over 40 special events. You'll do a deep dive into what ADHD culture is, all while surrounded by our community.
Quick reactions, overthinking, and strong emotions can hijack our decision-making—especially when we have ADHD.
In this interactive session, you’ll learn the RED Model: a simple, three-step tool to help you Recognize, Evaluate, and Draw a better response in any situation. Through real-life examples, group activities, and a little humor, we’ll uncover the sneaky “fixed mindset” thoughts that keep us stuck—and practice reframing them into growth-focused perspectives.
You’ll leave with practical strategies to pause before reacting, think more clearly under pressure, and choose actions that work for you, not against you. Come ready to reflect and rethink the way you respond when life throws curveballs.
