Breathe the Prayer of Your Heart

​Join me online for this monthly Prayer & Breathwork Gathering. If you desire to bring a cup of cacao or herbal tea to consume on this call it is welcomed and encouraged. Come share, in a safe space, the desire and prayer of your heart. We will then do a 30 minute 3-part Breathwork Practice together. Followed by a closing share space and prayer offering.
