Registration Process

Each volunteer must create an individual account and be registered for the shift at least one week before the event to ensure entry into the building.

Important Policy:

Volunteers have up until one week beforehand to claim a reserved spot.
Any unclaimed spots will be released to the general public.
If you do not register in time, your spot is not guaranteed.

General Information

📍 Location: God’s Love We Deliver is located in SoHo at 166 Avenue of the Americas, NYC.

Subway directions:
- Take the C or E to Spring Street
- Take the 1 train to Houston Street
The entrance is at the corner of Spring Street and 6th Avenue.

🔐 Security Protocol:

All volunteers must bring a valid ID to enter the building.

👕 Dress Code:

Clothing must fully cover shoulders, armpits, knees, and toes.
Long sleeves must be pushed above elbows while handling food.
Hair must be fully covered (hair nets will be provided).
Volunteers may wear hats, but all hair must be tucked in.
Remove bracelets, watches, chunky rings, and dangling earrings before volunteering.

🕒 Arrival Time:

Please arrive 15 minutes before the shift to allow time for check-in, storing belongings, and orientation.

☕ Accommodations:

A volunteer lounge with lockers is available for securing personal belongings.
Complimentary coffee, tea, and occasional snacks will be provided.
A vending machine is available for purchasing additional snacks.

Our Mission

The mission of God’s Love We Deliver is to improve the health and well-being of individuals living with HIV/AIDS, cancer, and other serious illnesses by alleviating hunger and malnutrition.

We provide:

Nutritious, high-quality meals to those unable to prepare meals themselves.
Illness-specific nutrition education and counseling for clients, families, and care providers.

💙 All services are provided free of charge, regardless of income.
God’s Love We Deliver is a non-sectarian organization.
