About Event

In today’s world, we’re taught to override our inner signals and just “be rational”. We learn to keep going, even when something inside says pause.

But what if that pause holds valuable insight? About your needs, limits, and what truly matters?

✨In this workshop, we’ll guide you out of the spinning mind and back into your body. Through gentle movement and simple coaching tools, you’ll learn to tune into your inner experience, decode the message behind your emotions, and use that insight to make choices that feel more aligned.✨

What You’ll Actually Experience

🌱 Gentle movement to release tension in your neck, shoulders, and hips: areas that often tighten under stress.

🌱 Short guided check-ins to help you pause and notice: What’s happening in my body right now? What might this tightness or tension be trying to tell me?

🌱 Nervous system tools like grounding and breathing practices you can use anytime: on the U-Bahn, at your desk, or before a tough conversation.

🌱 Simple frameworks to help you make sense of what you're feeling:

  • Am I anxious or just overstimulated?

  • Am I angry or actually scared?

🌱 Partner and small group practices to gently name what you feel and experience being heard without needing to fix.

🌱 A nourishing space with tea, snacks, quiet corners, and full permission to move at your own pace.

This Is For You If You Want To:

🌿 Challenge being on autopilot and feel more present, calm, and in charge of your energy.

🌿Learn other ways of handling overwhelm without numbing out (Netflix, scrolling, staying busy) by creating time to pause, breathe, and respond.

🌿 Get a clearer picture on what’s behind your overthinking and meet yourself with more compassion and clarity.

🌿 Connect with like-minded Berliners: thoughtful, curious humans who live in their heads a little too much sometimes.

This is a hands-on, guided experience to slow down, tune in and get curious.

Food & Drinks: Coffee, tea, snacks, and lunch are included

What to Bring: Comfortable clothing, as the workshop includes movement and sitting on a yoga mat

👋 Meet your facilitators

Geo & Alexandra—two humans who’ve spent years being “too much in the head” and built this workshop because we needed it too. With backgrounds in coaching, psychology, somatics, and movement, we create safe, honest spaces for real self-connection and presence.

💡If the cost is a challenge but you would really benefit: reach out, there is space to be heard and welcomed.
