Do you ever find yourself shutting down in difficult moments?
Or getting caught in overthinking, unsure what you really feel—or what to do next?

This workshop is for anyone who wants to feel more connected to themselves, respond with intention (not reactivity), and tap into the deeper wisdom of their body.

Hi! We are Geo and Alexandra and we created this workshop because we both know what it’s like to hold it all together on the outside, while feeling overwhelmed inside. We’ve been the overthinkers, the emotional avoiders, the ones who shut down. This space is here because we needed it too.

This isn’t about fixing yourself or getting emotions “right.” It’s a space to slow down, get curious, and reconnect with yourself—with some lightness, kindness, and even a bit of play.

👋 Meet your facilitators

Alexandra Lais is a certified yoga teacher and a somatic practitioner with a background in psychology. She guides people into reconnecting with their authenticity through somatic work, nervous system regulation tools and embodied movement. She shares a big passion for the art of holistic healing and wellbeing.

Georgiana Melestean is a coach and facilitator with over 12 years of experience in supporting personal and team growth. Combining her background in organizational psychology with a passion for emotional intelligence, she loves to create safe, transformative spaces. Through curiosity, compassion, and play, Georgiana supports people in discovering the freedom to be themselves.

Our mission is to design a space where you can experience a sense of authenticity, connectedness, and aliveness—helping you show up fully, with presence and purpose.
