These sessions are designed to keep you strong through winter, help you become a better, more efficient runner, and most importantly, to train in a supportive environment and enjoy the good times together.

10:00-10:15 walk-in
10:15-10:25 briefing
10:25-11:15 workout
11:15-11:30+ coffee/tea, snacks & yap
