About Event

We will explore the ancient wisdom of the Tao Te Ching. This text is a collection of 81 short chapters or verses, considered a guide to living a life of virtue, simplicity, and harmony with the Tao. The Tao represents the fundamental nature of the universe or the way things are.📜

The Tao Te Ching emphasizes the importance of non-action (wu wei) 🍃, encouraging us to flow naturally with life rather than resisting it. During the meditation, we will reflect, contemplate, and ponder as we delve into the first five verses of this incredible ancient text through the doorway of Tea Meditation.

You don't need to have read the Tao Te Ching to join this Tea Meditation; just come as you are. Each participant will receive a small handmade booklet containing the first five verses of the Tao Te Ching, which they can take home for deeper reflection. This event marks the first part of an ongoing series.🍵🍃
