Interested in weightlifting? Building cool things? Love a good brunch? Well, this one's for you 🏋️♀️
Women Who Lift SF is partnering with Bain Capital Ventures and LuxFit SF to bring you the very first Lift & Brunch! This Lift & Brunch is for founders & builders based in San Francisco 🌉
The event is intended for women & non-binary individuals and the goal is to help you build muscle, learn good form and meet other builders in the city 🏋️♀️
There will be a mix of compound lifts & functional movements, along with coffee & pastries provided by Bain Capital Ventures after the workout ✨
