Local Hub Amsterdam: Art of Hosting Meaningful Conversations
Hello Shakers,
Our next exciting event is lined up! We're excited to welcome Laura Grassi and Mansi Jasuja as our next facilitators.
The Art of Hosting Meaningful Conversations is a practice that brings people together to engage in open, thoughtful, and collaborative dialogue. It is more than just facilitating discussions—it’s about creating a space where diverse perspectives are valued, trust is built, and collective wisdom emerges. By using participatory leadership methods such as World Café, Open Space Technology, and Circle Practice, the Art of Hosting empowers individuals and groups to navigate complexity, co-create solutions, and foster deeper connections. Whether in organizations, communities, or teams, this approach helps unlock creativity, shared purpose, and impactful action.
In this mini-workshop you will have a chance to have a taste of this methodology, experience some of the practices, explore how this approach can be applied to your work, and actively engaging and participating in an dynamic session to get a glimps of this transformative approach.

MANSI JASUJA:
Mansi Jasuja (she/her) feels fortunate to have lived an unconventional story that brought her from practicing architecture in Delhi, India to being a practitioner designing & hosting meaningful conversations & processes in Europe, based in The Hague. Rooted in deep family and cultural values of social justice, equality, and sewa (service), she embodies the spirit of a warrior of the heart, a legacy carried from her Sikh heritage and her yoga practice.
An environmentalist since the age of 4, Mansi followed that thread and worked across several urban environmental disciplines in various international organisations & NGOs including United Nations, European Union, CARE-India. In 2008, a visceral sense of climate urgency led her to reorient, unlearn, relearn, stepping into her calling. The past 15 years, her focus has been participatory leadership & systems change: building capacities, collaboration & amplifying collective impact. Mansi brings a deep connection to life, infusing humor, stories, creativity, warm hugs - wrapped in a colourful energy.
An international speaker, artist-sensemaker, & process design geek, Mansi loves creating participatory spaces where people connect, transform, and bring bold ideas to life.
