Edwin Zhao, Emotional fitness coach

Edwin Zhao learned how to swim in adulthood by learning first to reduce struggle. He brings this sensibility to his work coaching emotional fitness, teaching his practitioners embodied skills for becoming receptive and adaptive in the midst of change. He's excited to share with you the experience of some of these skills. Edwin is a graduate of Duke University and also works as a healthcare administrator.

Benjamin Haynes, a young professional who changed is trajectory through mindfulness

During his time at UNC, where he studied political science & economics, Benjamin found himself lacking meaning and disgruntled by his fraternity's culture, so he carved his own path by delving into the realms of psychology, meditation and emotions. After college, he taught English in Malaysia on a Fulbright grant and then worked at Kaleidoscope, where he was particularly passionate about the practical psychology curriculum. Benjamin just finished an apprenticeship at a monastery in Vermont this Spring. He is excited to share with you the things he has learned and unlearned on his path.
