Some background on Pramod Gosavi:

Pramod is a senior principal at Blumberg Capital, based in San Francisco.

Before joining Blumberg Capital, Pramod was a principal at 11.2 Capital where he focused on investing in early-stage cybersecurity, data, dev tools and AI. He led seed rounds in Coalesce, Permiso, StrikeReady, Surf Security, MightyMeld, Leen.dev and Collinear AI.

Previously, Pramod was Director of Corporate Strategy/Venture Capital at VMware, advising senior leadership on product, growth and M&A along with investing in startups such as JFrog (IPO), CloudEndure (acq by AWS), Armis (acq by Insight), GuardiCore (acq by Akamai), Wavefront, VeloCloud (acq by VMware) and Affirmed Networks (acq by Microsoft).

Pramod earned an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is an engineer by training with a B Tech in electrical engineering from IIT Bombay and MS in electrical engineering from Purdue University. Prior to earning his MBA, Pramod was a long-time operator building and shipping enterprise products at Sun Microsystems and two early stage startups.

Some background on Jimmy Zhu:

Jimmy is a senior principal at Blumberg Capital and leads growth investing.

Prior to Blumberg Capital, Jimmy was at Premji Invest, anchoring growth equity investing across its crossover strategy. He spearheaded and supported the firm’s investments in Navan, Canva, Chainalysis, among others.

Prior to Premji Invest, Jimmy was a senior investor at Citi Ventures, Citi’s global venture capital team. He led or sourced, and served on the boards of Honey (acquired by Paypal), OnDot Systems (acquired by Fiserv), Grab (IPO), Hopper, DriveWealth, and others.

Prior to venture investing, Jimmy led Pricing & Yield Management on the Monetization Analytics team in the Americas at Meta, and was instrumental in the creation and development of video and mobile ads. He began his career in management consulting, where he advised Fortune 100 companies using granular data and analytics.

Jimmy received Mathematics and Finance undergraduate degrees from MIT and an MBA from The Wharton School. Jimmy is based in San Francisco, and lives in the Peninsula with his young family.
